Purpose
Projects supported by the Foundation should:
- Disseminate economic thinking and knowledge by all available means, to the end that greater happiness and prosperity may come to all through better understanding.
- Produce materials, conduct lectures, promote discussions and, in every possible way, assist in the development of greater economic literacy.
- Promote the interchange of ideas and experiences between students of economic theory, those who are teaching it, and those engaged in solving practical economic problems in business and government.
- Further these purposes, through cooperation with schools, colleges and universities, foundations or other organizations through financial support or other means.
While the general purpose of the Foundation remains constant, the Board of Trustees reserves the right to change guidelines so as to reflect the latest developments in economic education. Please review the Guidelines section, prior to making application.
Eligibility for Consideration
Only IRS Approved 501(C)(3) organizations are eligible to receive grants from The Calvin K. Kazanjian Economics Foundation, Inc.
